Q. I was injured in an accident and cannot afford to pay legal fees right now. What can i do?

A. If you or a loved one have been injured in an accident, then you should contact our office immediately for a free case evaluation.  We may be able to take your case on a "contingency" basis.

Q. What is a "contingency" agreement?

A. A contingency agreement is an agreement between you (the Client) and us (the attorneys) that says you do not have to pay attorneys fees, unless there is a settlement or recovery in the case.  If money is recovered, then our fees will be paid from the recovery.  This agreement provides you the flexibility to pursue your legal claim without being hampered by high legal fees.

Q. What types of things can i recover from being injured?

A. Our attorneys have over 40 years of experience helping clients recover from injuries.  Specifically, you may be able to recover past and future medical expenses, lost wages for time away from work, loss of companionship, loss of consortium, general pain and suffering, and/or other out-of-pocket costs incurred as a result of your injury.  To find out more about what money damages you may be able to recover, contact one of our attorneys for a free consultation.
